COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter our competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. To enter a competition you must be:
    (a) Australian, NSW resident; and
    (b) 16 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Macquarie Driving School.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. If you want to enter this competition you must by joining our facebook page, clicking "like" button on our MACQUARIE DRIVING SCHOOL FACEBOOK page.
6. The winner will be chosen at random by the use of a barrel draw on 29/02/2012 5:00pm.
7. The closing date is 29/02/2012 12:00pm, and Macquarie reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
8. If you win a competition, we will notify you via facebook. The draw decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. You can find out who has won a particular competition by checking our website and facebook page.
10. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
11. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
12. This competition is being run by MACQUARIE DRIVING SCHOOL.
13. MACQUARIE will endeavour to send prizes within a 14 days of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
